There is a general notion that a prolonged use of skincare products could have adverse effects later in life. Okiemute Tonye Pela, an aesthetician and cosmetologist who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Pels International, a foremost skincare company with impeccable credentials, has shared more light on this.

According to Pela, “This can happen when bad products loaded with steroids are used for a long term. As this can lead to some negative side effects such as skin thinning, slackening, stretchmarks, varicose veins etc. Using appropriate skin products and sunscreen is highly recommended to avoid such hazards in the future.

Confirming the Pels International’s boss position, Wikipedia also states, “Substandard quality, grade, harmful compositions can result in allergies, discolouration, texture alteration or permanent damage to the skin or hair. Increased usage and unregulated production have led to a steep rise in side effects suffered by the consumers.”

Okiemute Tonye Pela, has been in the business of skincare since 2013 when he established Pels International. Presently, they have their head office in Lagos and a branch in Abuja. Their tentacles spread across the world through their online presence via their website.

Okiemute Tonye Pela, was born on 17th July 1992, in Rivers State, Port Harcourt. He attended Bereton Nursery and Primary School Port Harcourt then proceeded into Federal Government College, also in Port Harcourt. He studied International Business and graduated from Bells University of Technology Ota Ogun State, Nigeria.

Okiemute Tonye Pela, who is from Delta state has attended various beauty fairs and conferences across the globe to enhance his knowledge and creativity.
