When skincare becomes harmful — Okiemute Pela, CEO, Pels Int’l

There is a general notion that a prolonged use of skincare products could have adverse effects later in life. Okiemute Tonye Pela, an aesthetician and cosmetologist who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Pels International, a foremost skincare company with impeccable credentials, has shared more light on this.

According to Pela, “This can happen when bad products loaded with steroids are used for a long term. As this can lead to some negative side effects such as skin thinning, slackening, stretchmarks, varicose veins etc. Using appropriate skin products and sunscreen is highly recommended to avoid such hazards in the future.
