The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, has said women and youth empowerment would form the bedrock of his administration if given the mandate in 2023.
He spoke yesterday during a town hall which was held at Kongo Conference Hotel.
Sani noted that Kaduna State ranked 26th in the education rating of the country in 2015, but is now the fourth in the country and number one in the North, under the leadership of Governor El-Rufai.
The APC candidate however promised to consolidate the legacies and achievements of the El-Rufai administration and extend development to all nooks and crannies of the state.
