The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has said it is not in alliance talks with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) or any of the registered political parties.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Ambassador Rufus Aiyenigba, made the clarification at a press conference yesterday in Abuja.
He also disowned a former deputy spokesman of the party, Alfa Mohammed, who claimed that the SDP is in alliance talks with the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, ahead of this year’s general elections.
