We’ll not compromise on strict adherence to regulations – NCAA

The Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Capt. Musa Shuaibu Nuhu has assured members of the travelling public of their safety, security and comfort during and after the Sallah celebration.

He said the Authority would continue to ensure operators’ strict adherence to the regulations in all facets of their operations.

Nuhu stated this in his Eid-el-Fitri message while felicitating Muslims and staff of the authority on the occasion of Eid-el -Fitr.

 He also assured passengers of their safety, comfort and seamless facilitation during the holiday.

Similarly, he commended all workers in the aviation industry for their hardwork and commitment on the occasion of the International Workers Day Celebration.

 He noted that “The role of labour in any country’s growth and development cannot be overemphasised; which is why the United Nation itself declared and set aside 1st May of every year as a public holiday to commemorate the working class as the producer of our commonwealth.”

He commended workers for the industrial harmony and their commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment in the sector even in the face of widespread security challenges in the country.
