We’ll end cervical cancer by 2030 – FG

The Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, says the Federal Government’s sub-committee on Cervical Cancer Prevention and Control is working to actualise the set objectives to meet the target of elimination by 2030.

He said this in Abuja on Wednesday at the National Primary Health Care Development Agency’s World Cervical Cancer Day and Lighting Event.

Executive Director, NPHCDA, Faisal Shuaib, said some women died of cancer at their prime.
