We must unite to dislodge APC—Yobe PDP

The newly sworn in Yobe State secretary of the‎ Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Engineer Mohammed Jajere, ‎has called on members of the party to unite to win elections in 2019.
Engineer Jajere made the call in an exclusive interview with Daily Trust in Bauchi over the weekend.
He said the PDP members must put aside all their differences and embrace one another for the party to regain its strength and confront the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He attributed the decline in the fortunes of the party in the state to infighting, especially among the party members interested in vying for elected positions.
The Yobe State PDP secretary said the new officials would take their appointments as a challenge towards the success of the party in the elections.
It could be recalled that the 27-member state party officials were sworn in by zonal officials at its zonal headquarters in Bauchi last Thursday.
