What is unique about 3logy?
We train kids of between ages 6-17, we mentor them and expose them to emerging markets. As we all know we live in the time of constant change, especially in terms of technology. Change that replaces the way we do everything. As technology replaces any job where work can be automated, our kids need to be imparted with adequate skills from the very young age.
What specifically do you want the kids to achieve?
We want to catch them young so that they would be self-reliant and have self-esteem and grow up to be employers of labour not job seekers. They will also grow to be millionaires.
How do you employ?
We employ only children and every child has something to offer. No wrong question and answer in 3logy. We tell our trainees to always feel free to show their creativity, ours is to guide them and match them with one another for team work.
Do you pay them?
Yes of course we pay per workload, we do pay via parents account so that they can monitor what their children do with the money.
How do you train them?
We train 10% physical 90%virtually globally. Only some parts of the trainings are physical and we do virtual graduation, and virtual seminars for kids.
