The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said it is in the mood of winning the presidential and other slots in the 2023 general elections.
The party said with the support of over 120 million Nigerian youths and students, in addition to other votes that would come from other angles, its victory is certain.
The APC National Youth Leader who is a member of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), Dayo Israel, stated this during the inauguration of the national task force for registration and revalidation of youths, students focus support groups on Wednesday in Abuja.
The task force is co-chaired by a former Kwara State commissioner for Information and former president of the Pan African Youth Council, Mr Ben Duntoye.
He said, “Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, we are all in the mood for victory as we are going to the 2023 polls from the standpoint of a winner.
“This taskforce has been mandated to coordinate the registration and revalidation exercise of all youth/student-focused and youth-led support groups into a recognisable structure strongly aligned with the objectives and strategic imperatives of the NWC under the distinguished leadership of Senator Abdullahi Adamu.”
