We accept elections postponement in good faith – Kebbi APC

The All Progressive Congress in Kebbi State said it accepted the postponement of the Presidential and National Assembly elections in good faith.

The publicity secretary of the party in Kebbi State, Sani Dododo during a press briefing at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi on Saturday morning said if INEC’s reason for cancelling the elections was to allow for credible elections in the country they are in support of it.

However, he accused the People’s Democratic Party( PDP) of having foreknowledge about the cancellation of the elections.

“But our worry is that few weeks ago the PDP said the elections would be cancelled and as we can see it was cancelled just few hours before it was to hold. This is very suspicious and we wonder where the PDP got the information about the cancellation of the elections,” Dododo said.
