Justice Bolarinwa Oyegoke Babalakin, father of Wale Babalakin, a senior lawyer, is dead.
Justice Babalakin died on Saturday at the age of 94, it was learnt.

Sources said the late Supreme Court judge died in the early hours of Saturday.

He will be buried at his Gbongan, Osun State country home, today in accordance with Islamic rites.
The late Jurist was a devout Muslim and a member of various Islamic organisations including Ansarudeen Society, the Muslim Ummah of South-West Nigeria (MUSWEN), among others.
He was survived by many children and grandchildren.
