Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have not arrived most polling units at Ojodu, Agidingbi, Omole 20 minutes into the race, Daily Trust reports.
As early as 7:30 a.m, voters and policemen have arrived the polling units but they are still awaiting the arrival of ad-hoc officials of INEC.
A voter, Mr. Vincent Osagie said he had been at the polling units since 8:00 a.m and INEC officials are yet to arrive.
Our correspondent confirmed that the absence of officials at polling units was as a result of the protest by the corps members over non-payment of their allowances.
