The Ekiti State Police Command in collaboration with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has arrested Pastor Noah Abraham over alleged kidnapping of minors and other persons.

The arrest came after some of his church members protested at the police command over his kidnapping of minors and impregnating the wife of his choir coordinator.

Recall that Pastor Abraham, the founder of Christ High Commission Church, Araromi-Ugbesia, in Omuo-Oke-Ekiti, was earlier arrested for collecting N310,000, from church members last year, promising to get them visa to heaven.

Information revealed that he held hostage some children who he hypnotised, brainwashed and set against their parents.

Explaining their ordeal at the command’s headquarters, the members, including his wife, pleaded with the government and other authorities to assist them in getting their children, wife and relations out of the captivity of the pastor.

One of the protesters said, “The pastor forced some of our children to withdraw from school, while a 27-year-old man, who was already working in a company with an official car, was asked to resign and kept in the camp without a specific mission.”

The choir Coordinator, Mr Dare Ikuenayo, confirmed that the pastor snatched and impregnated his wife who had three children for him.

In a chat with Pastor Abraham, he said the heaven mission ticket saga was his first assignment, and that he was done with what God had sent him to do and was ready to go back to his creator.

The command’s spokesman, DSP Sunday Abutu, said investigation was ongoing.
