The National Team Leader of Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL), Dr. Adiya Ode has charged government at all levels to engage and carry the citizens along from the conception, the planning and implementation stage of their programmes and activities.
She spoke with Daily Trust on the sideline of a review meeting organised by PERL, a programme of the Department for International Development (DFID) on the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Nigeria and its progress so far.
