Security agencies in the country have been advised to always conduct themselves in an orderly manner in addition to being decisive while tackling security matters.
A lecturer at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra state, Prof. Anthony Eze gave the advice at a two-day conference organized by the International Institute of Professional Security.
He urged the security operatives to see investigation as an indispensable tool in fact-finding, insisting that for a crime to be detected, the investigation technique employed must play a tremendous role.
The university don maintained that policing and detective work should entail various areas of specialization including forensic analysis, handwriting and finger-print identification, fire arm and ballistic analysis as well as dog handling.
