The Abuja-based brand does this by offering the wealth of knowledge and practical operations management obtained from setting up multiple successful boutique hotels.

Hospitality magnate and Chief Executive Officer of V-Hospitality, Abdulkarim Ahmed, has recorded success in running the highly rated Vanern Residence, also situated in Abuja, and has over the years consulted in the setting up of other service and hospitality-based businesses.
As a business entity, V-Hospitality said the brand is committed to offering its clients; On-site Management of Boutique Hotels and Properties; Automated Marketing portal to asset owners; Human Resource Management and Training; Hotel Franchising and Asset Management. The company recently released a white paper titled “8 ways to optimise profitability in the Hospitality Industry in 2022” as part of the official commencement of operations.
In a recent interview, Abdulkarim disclosed that his latest venture, V-Hospitality; “provides consulting for growth to both new and existing enterprises in the Nigerian hospitality market. We deliver value to boutique hotels, restaurateurs, real estate investors, and, on occasion, state governments with idle assets. Hospitality investors interested in asset acquisition would typically come to us for market and feasibility study, as well as project management.
