The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and incumbent governor of Kaduna state, Nasiru Ahmed El-Rufai, is leading his arch-rival, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Isah Ashiru Kudan in 11 out of 20 LGAs results declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
