Haruna Yusuf Abba, a 26-year-old graduate of the University of Jos, has unveiled a book he wrote to guide the youths as they explore avenues to have a better future.

Abba popularly known as “Realist” said he wrote the book because of his long dream of wanting to motivate young men and women to step out and share their experiences so that all Nigerian youth could be encouraged to be better in life.

Abba who said this during the launching of the book titled, “Breathe into the Future” at the University of Jos, said: “I set this as a template for others to follow.”

He stressed that one does not have to attain the peak of success before they can write about their experience, and that you don’t have to be older before making an achievement.

“Thus, if there is one great thing I want to achieve through this, is to motivate the young men to step out and share their experiences so that we can all be encouraged by them.”

The acting Vice-Chancellor of UniJos, Prof. Gray Gozem Ejikeme, represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Prof. Tanko Ishaya, said the university was proud of the author not only because he was a graduate of the institution but his courage to embark on the difficult task of writing at a young age.

He also said the production of the book was an indication that he was a dedicated student during his undergraduate studies.
