Following the ultimatum issued to Igbos to quit the North before 1st October, 2017, the Coalition of Arewa Dialogue Youth Forum (CADYF) has condemned the ultimatum in all possible terms, demanding for Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo to call for National Dialogue in order to address grievances from people of Nigeria.

The group made the demand through its conveners, Muhammad Muntasir, Maxwell Gowon, Abu-Maleek M.J and Aliyu Mustapha during a press conference in Jos yesterday.

The group called on political, religious and traditional leaders to encourage and preach to all citizens to believe in the Nigerian project.

They advised the youths from South East to unite with their counterparts and build a stronger and united Nigeria for the generations to come.

They said, "As Arewa youths, our greatest concern should be the level of insecurity, poverty, illiteracy and other negative vices that are currently bedeviling our region. If we truly united we have a huge role to play in ending these vices and make the region to prosper and be great.
