Blackburn Rovers will be hosting the first-ever Iftar event during a matchday at their stadium.
The club is inviting supporters from across the region to the evening game against Coventry City on Wednesday, April 19 in the Legend’s Lounge at the Darwen End.
Special guest performances will be taking place from 6pm until 7.30pm with provisions made for evening prayers.
The month of Ramadan began on March 23 and sees Muslims across the world fast from sunrise to sunset. The Iftar is the time of evening when people break their fast.

The club made history last year when it became the first football club to host Eid prayers on the pitch.
The gesture was shared across the world across social media and Middle East news sites.
Since then, a number of clubs have hosted special Iftar events.
Most recently, Chelsea opened up Stamford Bridge for an Iftar event which was attended by hundreds of people. (Lancashire Telegraph)
