Executive Secretary, Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Hamid Bobboyi, says the commission is partnering with the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPND) to improve access and inclusion of basic education of children with disabilities.
He said this in Abuja at the weekend while meeting with a delegation of the NCPND led by its Executive Secretary, James Lalu.

Bobboyi, according to a statement yesterday from the UBEC, said the partnership was coming at a time the UBEC had a proposed intervention called “Model Smart School” that would address the modern ICT needs.
