The Presidential Election Petitions Court has dismissed the claim of the Labour Party (LP) and Peter Obi seeking to disqualify Bola Tinubu over the forfeiture of the sum of $460,000 in a US Court.
Ruling on that ground of the petition, Justice Haruna Tsammani held that the petitioners “evidently failed” to establish the case as provided in Section 137(1)(d) of the Nigerian Constitution.
