The National Council of Traditional Rulers on Wednesday urged the youths who staged the recent #EndSARs protests to embrace dialogue in resolving their grievances.
The monarchs, who paid a solidarity visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the destruction of assets in the state, noted that the protests were organised for good reasons but that the violent outcome of the demonstration pushed the nation to the edge and threatened the peace.

Etsu of Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, who led the delegation to the State House, Marina, said the visit followed the decision reached at the meeting of the council on November 3.
He said the misinformation and negative bias that accompanied the agitations fueled the violence.
The council sympathized with the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, over the attack on his palace.
It also commiserated with the police and those who lost their loved ones in the violence across the country.
Governor Sanwo-Olu thanked the traditional rulers for the visit, assuring them of his administration’s commitment to engaging jobless youths in the state in productive ventures.
