The chairman of the membership committee of the institute, Adeyemo Kamoru, charged the inductees to practise and communicate planning beyond the conventional planning communication tools.

He said: “The society is looking unto you for the needed transformation required in our planning space. Your story is interesting because while the first industrial revolution birthed planning, your practice will be influenced strongly by the realities of the fourth industrial revolution.”

He also charged them to “harness all the available modern technology through self-development; deliberately develop integrity in practice and exhibit high sense of professionalism in all you do.”
