Barely two months to the 2023 presidential election, a pro-Tinubu support group, the Tinubu/Shettima Network (TSN) 2023, has asked the presidential candidates of other political parties to step down for the APC candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The TSN national chairman, Dr Kailani Muhammad, made the appeal yesterday during the inauguration of the national officers and commissioning of its Abuja national headquarters.

Engr Kailani asked the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic  Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar; Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), among others to step down  for Tinubu, and stop wasting their energy and resources on the campaigns.

“We know that all the presidential candidates vying for the office of the president have credibility but Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu has more credibility than all of them. So they should step down and support his candidature.

Recall that Atiku, Obi and Kwankwaso have consistently said they are in the race to win and rescue the nation from its current challenges.
