The All Progressive Congress (APC) has said the growing acceptability of their Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in North West Zone is giving the opposition parties sleepless night.
According to the party, this can be testified with the crowd that received him in Kano State a few days ago.
This was disclosed by the Party’s Presidential Campaign Council, Spokesperson for North West APC, Muhammad Shehu Molash in Kaduna.
He explained that the Kano rally has sent a strong message to the opposition that Kano State remains a no-go area for them.
He said the opposition parties are increasingly becoming frustrated with the fact that Asiwaju Tinubu and APC in general are still waxing and popular in the region.
” Certainly, the Kano rally has sent a strong message to the opposition-Kano is a no-go area! They are increasingly becoming frustrated with the fact that Asiwaju Tinubu and APC in general is still waxing stronger,less than 70 days to the general elections.
“His growing acceptance in Nigeria’s biggest geo-political Zone, the North West is giving them sleepless nights as the election approaches,” he said
He added that Kano State as the second most populous State in Nigeria, is very strategic in Nigeria’s politics.
