Tinubu to Unveil Modern Secretariat, Mega Schools in Kebbi

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to visit Kebbi State in the NorthWest to commission a newly constructed Modern Secretariat and Mega Schools across the four Emirates in the state.

According to Ahmed Idris, the Chief Press Secretary to the Kebbi State Governor, during his visit to the Daily Trust office in Kaduna to strengthen relations between the media and the state government also mentioned that the Mega Schools were constructed in Gwandu, Argungu, Yauri, and Zuru Emirates.

He emphasized Governor Nasir Idris’s commitment to the welfare of the people, citing the distribution of free fertilizer for this year’s farming season as an example of delivering good governance and moving the state forward.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s visit to Kebbi State is to commission projects which include a Modern State Secretariat in the State capital next month (August). He will also lay the foundation for a road from Sokoto-Kebbi that links to Badagry. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will also commission Mega Schools built in four Emirates of the state and other projects.” he said.
He further explained that a road from Koko Bese to Zuru Dabai town, which had been awarded for years without completion by contractors, prompted the current administration to reach out to the Minister of Works. The state government intends to complete the road and later seek reimbursement from the federal government.Idris expressed optimism that by the end of Governor Nasir Idris’s tenure, Kebbi State would rival Abuja in terms of infrastructural development.
