Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will on Sunday, present his manifesto to Pa Reuben Fasoranti and the leadership of Afenifere, the Yoruba socio-cultural and political organisation.
In a statement on Saturday night, Director, Media and Publicity for the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Bayo Onanuga, said Tinubu would pay a courtesy to the elder statesman in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
He said during the visit, Tinubu would explain how he intends to tackle the economic and other challenges bedevilling the nation.
The 80-page plan, titled, “Renewed Hope”, was formally launched in Abuja on October 21, by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Part of the statement reads, “The APC torch bearer will similarly speak on his plans today (Sunday) before the Yoruba group, led by Pa Reuben Fasoranti.
“He will on Tuesday in Lagos discuss with the chambers of commerce in the South West on how he intends to improve the economy of Nigeria, to achieve a double digit growth.”
