The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, yesterday pledged a better deal for the internally displaced Persons (IDPs) in the state.
Tinubu, who was in Makurdi, the state capital, on a campaign tour, spoke to a large crowd of supporters at the Aper Aku Stadium, in Makurdi.

He said, “We will bring hope back to IDPs. That’s the end of misery.”
He accused the opposition of sabotaging the country’s main economic stay, thereby “plunging” Nigerians into difficulty due to fuel scarcity.
He stressed the need for eligible voters in the state to vote for the APC in the forthcoming elections, assuring that Nigerians would have a better deal under his administration.
