Three teenage Fulani boys abducted by bandits at Gwanda, in Gurdi Ward of Abaji area council of Abuja have escaped after their abductors slept off.
Daily trust reports that Gwanda is about a kilometer distance from neigbouring Gulida village in the area.

The councillor representing Gurdi Ward, Wozhe Ishaya, who confirmed the kids’ escape to our reporter on the telephone on Thursday, said the victims were abducted on Tuesday night.
He said the bandits invaded the Fulani settlement in the community around 11pm and whisked away the three boys whom he said are 12, 14 and 16 years old respectively.
“But as God will have it, the bandits slept off and they didn’t tied them when the three Fulani boys quietly escaped from their den back to their settlement at Gwanda village,” he said.
He said bandits also took away some rams to their den and slaughtered them.
The district head of Gulida, Abubakar Sadauna, who also confirmed the incident, decried bandits’ attacks on the community.
The spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, DSP Adeh Josephine, is yet to reply to a text message sent to her about development.
