THE LAST GOOD BOOK I READ… Inya Ode, Journalist The Mark of the Lion by Francine Rivers

It is a trilogy made up of the novels – ‘A Voice in the Wind,’ ‘An Echo in the Darkness’ and ‘As Sure as the Dawn,’ which I had read before, but not in full. I recently came across them again and read them all. Francine Rivers is a brilliant writer and, in this series, she wrote about Christian persecution and how the people affected still found love and braved the odds. The books are also very rich in history.
