There appeared to be no love lost between US President Obama and Russian Premier Putin as the pair spoke briefly earlier Sunday, in their first known conversation since Donald Trump was elected. Talking at an economic summit in Peru, the world leaders stood together momentarily with aides close by, before shaking hands and taking their seats around a table. The short interaction came amid intense speculation and concern about whether Trump’s election might herald a more conciliatory U.S. approach to Russia.
