The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has described as horrific and barbaric the gruesome killing of two policemen by members of the Eastern Security Network (ESN), the armed wing of IPOB.

The minister, in a statement Monday, assured that those who killed the officers “in a cannibalistic manner”, videotaped and circulated the atrocious act would be brought to book.
