TGI Group initiates scheme to develop young talents across sectors

The Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, has launched the Young Professionals Program (YPP), a scheme designed to nurture and develop young Nigerian talents.

The YPP is an all-encompassing talent development program created to give aspiring professionals a special chance to expand their knowledge, develop vital leadership abilities, and achieve their professional goals.

In addition to exposure to a variety of industries and markets, such as those in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, the YP Program offers six months of immersive training customized to each participant’s individual development needs.

It also provides mentorship and guidance from highly qualified and seasoned professionals and leaders in the TGI field.

Along with prospects for internal career progression, participants would gain practical experience in all areas of TGI Group’s operations.

The program is open to individuals with Bachelor’s and Higher National Diplomas in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, and other disciplines relevant to the TGI Group’s diverse portfolio of businesses.
