TEXEM, a renowned learning platform for executives and organisations in the UK, has organised a two-day executive development programme titled “Winning in Turbulent Times.”
In a statement, it said the programme aimed to equip leaders with essential skills and strategies to navigate and succeed in challenging business environments.
The founder and Chairman of TEXEM, Dr Alim Abubakre, in his presentation shed light on the strategies and mindset needed to lead successfully amidst volatility and uncertainty, emphasising the importance of agility, innovation, and effective communication in navigating turbulent situations.
On his part, Prof. Tahir, shared insights into the unique challenges leaders face in Nigeria and highlighted the potential risks and opportunities that arise in such contexts and provided a comprehensive understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and set the stage for subsequent discussions.

Speaking after the event, a participant and Group Head, Human Resources at Megalectrices Limited, Chidinma Justina Obiejesi, said the programme was an eye-opener as it exposed them to ways in developing strategies from those that failed and then identifying those winning strategies.
