Yoruba Council Worldwide has congratulated Abdul-Azeez Suleiman on his appointment as the Spokesperson for the Northern Elders Forum (NEF).

The council said the former spokesman of the Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) had proven himself to be reliable and capable.

In a statement, Aare Sooko Oladotun Hasan, President of Yoruba Council Worldwide, spoke highly of Suleiman’s experience and personal attributes.

Hasan, who doubles as the Secretary General, North and South Ethnic Nationalities Council, said: “Mr Suleiman is undeniably deserving of this new and prestigious role within the highly revered Northern Elders Forum.
