A Nigerian vocalist and lyricist, Yinka Davies; electronic music producer, Emad; Queen Reggae Band and ten others will perform at the 2018 “Fête de la Musique” (World Music Day) in Abuja.
The open-to-all event, organized by French Embassy is scheduled to hold on Thursday June 21, 2018 at the Institut Français (French institute) at 6 PM.
It will be a great opportunity to discover local and up-and-coming live bands, the embassy said in a statement.
World Music Day is a musical festival celebrated in 120 countries around the world.
The event is open to all musicians, whether amateur or professionals, and it celebrates live music while highlighting the scale and diversity of different music genres.
