The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward six, Kaduna South has faulted the endorsement of Uba Sani as the replacement of Senator Shehu Sani for the Kaduna Central Senatorial District, come 2019.
Reportedly, the Chairmen of six wards of the Kaduna Central Senatorial District endorsed Uba Sani for Senator Sani’ seat. A communique was issued to this effect by the party stalwarts.
But the ward six executives in a statement by the chairman, Abbas Anni through the Publicity Secretary, Auwal Ibrahim Malami described the endorsement as a farce.
The statement reads: " The attention of Ward Six (6) APC Executives has been drawn to the recent political gimmick issued by some so called APC Local Government Chairmen that they have ‘endorsed’ one Uba Sani as the party’s Senatorial candidate for that 2019.

"Ordinarily, we would not have dignified these characters with a response. However, for the fact that the dubious endorsement has generated reactions across the country, It is imperative to denounce this political mess.”
They called on the national leadership of the APC to issue a strong warning to the perpetrators and their accomplice in order not to ridicule the party, " else the chances of the party is at risk."
