The Chairman of the Presidential Initiatives for North East (PINE), Prof. Soji Adelaja stated this in Abuja during the inauguration of the committee members.
Adelaja said they do not have a lot of time and need to develop the plan very quickly because the way people are moving back into their communities was pretty high.
He said: “This is not a committee that will work for probably a month to come up with plan, with all the planning, this is time to come up with action and I am suggesting that our work is done for the maximum of two weeks if possible within ten days.”
The chairman said now was “a great opportunity as a nation to manage all those things taking time to plan into an action step that will drive the rehabilitation of many of our citizens that have been displaced.”
