Secretary to Nasarawa State Government, Alhaji Tijjani Aliyu Ahmed, has been conferred with the chieftaincy title of Sadauki of Agatu chiefdom.

The SSG, who is a former commissioner for education, was conferred with the title by Chief Ahmed Kwanaki Guto in Olegepe, Loko Development Area of Nasarawa State.

Others conferred with titles were Mr Joseph Oyigege as Madaki Agatu; Alhaji Danlami I. Umar as Omukama Agatu; Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmed Guto as Ciroman Agatu; Hajiya Halimat Ahmed Guto as Gimbiyan Agatu, and Hajiya Fatimat Ahmed Guto as Zinariya of Agatu chiefdom among others.

The turbaning ceremony was attended by many dignitaries across the state.

The chief called on the newly turbaned personalities to contribute their quota towards developing Loko, Nassarawa and Nigeria in general.
