A food and agro-neighbourhood firm, So Fresh, has marked eight anniversary of its operation even as it signed 360,000 Euro (N152million) in equity investment agreement with the Inclusive Impact Investment (Triple-I) for operational expansion.
At a briefing with journalists in Lagos, the firm’s Chief Executive Officer said as a pioneer healthy food chain firm in Nigeria, So Fresh has grown considerably from its humble beginning to having seven outlets spread across Lagos and Abuja.
He said at the centre of the firm’s operation is the need to serve as a one-stop neigbourhood market, providing its teeming customers with healthy and freshly prepared food.
“Starting out with an investment of 10,000 Euros, and three persons, eight years ago, the healthy food chain has grown to become the prime destination for fresh healthy food, employing over 100 persons. Now, we are entering a new phase and we are expanding our brand. We believe that with the investment deal with the Triple-I, So Fresh will be receiving technical support to further pursue its strategic transformation goals, in line with its mission of providing customers with healthier foods,” Balogun said.
Similarly, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Abimbola Balogun said with its operational drive, So Fresh is poised to be the national premier option for clean eating, providing healthier alternatives across socio-economic divides.
