The immediate past Chairman of PDP in Lagos State, Hon. Mashood Salvador, has been appointed the Director General of the Presidential Support Committee (PSC) for Buhari/Osinbajo 2019 in Lagos.
The appointment of Salvador, who is now a chieftain of APC, was conveyed in a letter from the presidency, signed by Rt. Hon. Gideon Sammani, Senior Special Assistant to the President (Political).
This was disclosed yesterday when Salvador received the APC governorship flag-bearer in the state, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, at the PSC office in the state.
Other notable political leaders of the APC in the committee are Hon. Délé Aláké, Hon. Wálé Edun and Hon. Lawal Pedro (SAN).
The PSC is expected to coordinate and accredit all other Buhari/Osinbajo support groups in the state.
Speaking with newsmen, Salvador said the challenge before him was to ensure the victory of the APC governorship candidate and the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.
