Nigeria is growing today with different cinemas around cities and towns. As such retirees can explore and watch latest movies to relax their mind and catch up with the latest trends in the movie industry.

Riding

As a way of adventure, retiree can ride along. Biking is seen as one of the exciting ways of exercising that brings about adequate relaxation and rest of mind, thus, providing a bright day for retirees

Taking a Walk
