The pastor of a Deeper Life Bible Church, Lugbe, Pastor Isaac Pada, has said his wife and four children including a seven month baby have been missing for over a week.
Pada, who spoke with newsmen on Tuesday in Abuja, said he last saw his family on Wednesday, July 30, before he left for work.
He said his wife, Precious, and four children, Pearl, 8, Pathnel, 6, Pamebelo, 3 and Peace, 7 months, were at home at the time he left for work.
He said he could not find his family when he got home from work same day.
He said he could not reach his wife, “her phone has been switched off and I also tried her family members and relatives they told me that they did not know her whereabouts.”
He said there was no quarrel between them. “I even gave her the money she asked for a day before her disappearance with the children.”
The pastor said he had reported the incident to the Lugbe Divisional Police Station.
A police source at the station, who preferred anonymity confirmed that the incident had been reported at the division, and that the police were investigating it.
Spokesman of the FCT police command, DSP Anjuguri Manza, he did not pick calls put across to him and also did not reply text message sent to his phone.
