Parastatals in rented premises, disturbing – Minister

He made this remarks during a familiarisation visit to the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) where he was briefed by the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Office, Dr. Barclays Ayakoroma, on challenges facing the parastatal.  The minister said, “efforts are underway to relocate parastatals to their permanent sites.” Dr. Ayakoroma also pointed out that some of the zonal offices are being threatened with eviction and hoped that with the help of the ministry these issues as well as proper road access to the permanent site in Kuje which can be reached on motorbikes alone and even then only to a certain distance.  While commending NICO on its achievements Alhaji Mohammed charged them to be more creative and look in other directions yet to be explored.
