The National Chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, said yesterday that the party lost the 2015 governorship election in Taraba State due to manipulation.
Oshiomhole stated this in Abuja when he received two delegations of Taraba State APC leaders who paid solidarity visit.
The first team was led by the Minister of Women Affairs, Sen. Aisha Alhassan, while Sen. Yusuf Abubakar Yusuf led the second delegation.
“The determination to win the governorship election in Taraba and the presidential election is enough incentive for compromise… We won the Taraba governorship election in 2015, but were maneuvered out. In 2019, those manipulation instruments will not be at their disposal,” Oshiomhole said.
