Madness and breaking law, order in Azare

Waziri Bappah and Mallam Buwayi Streets are two roads that link Azare Central Market and Gadau Road. These two roads are very small in size and always congested due to illegal parking of some commercial vehicles. In fact, they have turned the place into a park where passengers are alighting and boarding on daily basis.

Recently, the caretaker chairman of Katagum local government banned such activities except on market day and that ban has not brought an end to gridlock in those two roads but also has boosted the internal revenue of the local government. But after some weeks, the law has been violated and the illegal activities have resumed. On behalf of Bakin Kasuwa people, I am calling the attention of our Governor, Caretaker Chairman and all that can bring an end to this stupidity to act. Stop them from carrying passengers not only from Monday to Saturday but also on market day, which is Sunday. Because their activities are seriously causing bottleneck and gridlock, which leadS to accident and atimes knocking down of young children.
