The two Air Force officers who were injured as a result of the crash which occurred in Abuja, on Friday, are recovering very well, Director, Public Relations and Information, Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola has said.
Speaking with Daily Trust on Sunday over the phone yesterday, he said the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar visited the officers and that he was impressed by the level of progress. He charged the medical team to do their best and get the personnel back on their feet.
He said the air display to mark Nigeria’s 58th Independence anniversary celebrations will still take place.
