The artistes will be bringing their unique individuality to the music awards.
Ice Prince will be making sure that fans throughout the continent get a taste of his magic alongside Bonang, apart from the many live performances that are lined up. From Botswana rapper, Zeus to Nigeria’s Mo Cheddah, multi-nominees Khuli Chana (SA) and Campa Mulla (Kenya), M.anifest (Ghana), Pro, Mi Casa, DJ Zinhle, Bucie and many more, the annual awards in its ninth run are set to sizzle.
“I feel really honoured and super excited. I think I’m more excited than anyone who has ever hosted/co-hosted the show because it’s a huge privilege to be hosting the biggest award show in Africa,” says Ice Prince.
Also commenting, Bonang, an on-air personality and owner of Bonang Matheba Entertainment, said hosting an awards ceremony of this magnitude is a great honour and first for her.
“The Channel O Music Video Awards will be broadcast to over 40 African countries so you can only imagine how excited I am. I’m really honoured to be part of it; this year’s show is going to be massive,” Bonang enthused.
