Kirowa, who is also the Ardo Zuru, made the call yesterday in Lokoja, Kogi State, while addressing journalists shortly after a meeting with the state executive members of Miyetti Allah.
He called on governors across the country to wade into the crisis between herdsmen and other ethnic groups, saying if not tackled, it could degenerate into something more dangerous.
“As part of efforts to put an end to the indiscriminate killing of our members, we have concluded arrangements to register them so that we can easily identify each other and also fish out bad eggs among us. We are using this medium to appeal to state governors to assist us by way of collaboration so that this problem can be solved once and for all”, he said.
